Mô tả công việc:
1. Control design, volume estimation of projects
2. Control the plan to import materials and equipment of the construction site
3. Prepare input material profile and submit to investor for approval
4. Formulate construction measures, labor safety measures and environmental sanitation; fire prevention measures submitted to the investor for approval.
5. Control project construction progress
6. Control materials, machinery and equipment entering the construction site
7. Make quality records, project logs, payment settlement records.
8. Control and finalize the design of the add-on of projects
9. Make periodical reports on the project implementation
10. Gather project files for handover to Technical Department for archiving or appraisal
11. Other jobs assigned by direct management
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Graduated from university, college majoring in construction, traffic. ... and related industries.
Good use of Microsoft Office, know how to use MSProject, Visio . .
At least 5+ years of practical work experience in QA/ Project QC or worked as project auditor, project supervision consultant
