- Device control Design and estimate bid packages for Mechanical - Electrical items

- Price control Contract value of Mechanical - Electrical Item

- Planning Materials, machinery and equipment for Mechanical - Electrical items imported to the project

- Tutorial, inspect and supervise construction teams of M&E items

- Create profile Acceptance test, completion, final settlement of M&E items

- Block Control quantity and value of M&E items of subcontractors

- Device control Design and generated volume Mechanical-Electrical items

- Status tracking The remedial status for quality defects has been assessed as unsuccessful.

- Implement the Other work on quality control as required by the Company and the Company's Quality Control Board.

- Implement the other tasks assigned by direct management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

- Graduated from University College, majoring in Electrical, Air Conditioning and Ventilation.

- Understanding and Proficient in using software: Auto CAD, office and other software to support design calculations.

- Expert knowledge in-depth on electromechanical solutions, standards and regulations on design, construction, operation, operation and maintenance.

- Understand the Fire protection standards apply to other disciplines: Air-conditioning and ventilation, pressure boosting, smoke extraction, electricity & light electricity, water supply and drainage, architecture.

- Basic knowledge Principles and order of work management, records management, principles of presentation of design drawings, explanations (including technical specifications), design estimation.

- Knowledgeable about types of materials, specifications of materials used in actual construction.
