1/ Directly perform the project e-commerce calculation; land rent/land use fee; prepare the project's financial plan; analysis of indicators reflecting investment efficiency; other content related to price.
2/ Write a description of the investment project (List of projects attracting investment; List of auction/bid projects; Report on investment policy proposal; other notes,...).
3/ Work with competent state agencies to handle project proposals/other project-related contents.
4/ Planning - summarizing: Making periodic and extraordinary reports.
5/ Organize and carry out the arrangement and archiving of documents and documents of scientific projects.
6/ Support project development and related work.
7/ Coordinate and support relevant units to organize the implementation of approved investment projects.
8/ Other tasks as assigned.

-Trình độ học vấn Đại học Chuyên ngành: Cử nhân Kinh tế xây dựng hoặc Kỹ sư Kinh tế xây dựng, hoặc Cử nhân/Kỹ sư chuyên ngành khác (Kinh tế, Kiến trúc, Xây dựng, Giao thông, Thủy lợi,...) thành thạo chuyên môn KTXD.                                                                 

- Kinh nghiệm Tối thiểu 5 năm, trong đó ít nhất 3 năm đã tham gia công việc tương tự (Ưu tiên đã có kinh nghiệm dự án khu đô thị, khu dân cư; khu/cụm công nghiệp).                

Chứng chỉ hoặc giấy phép hành nghề

- Kiến thức

 Hiểu biết sâu sắc pháp luật về Kinh tế xây dựng; có sự hiểu biết cơ bản pháp luật về đầu tư, đất đai, tài chính, xây dựng và pháp luật khác có liên quan.

 Thành thạo các bài tính toán trong đầu tư, khái toán TMĐT, dự toán xây dựng,…

- Tính toán Tổng mức đầu tư, phương án tài chính của dự án tốt.

- Khả năng viết thuyết minh tốt.

- Biết bố cục Hồ sơ hợp lý, trình bày hồ sơ khoa học, đẹp.

- Thành thạo AutoCAD, phần mềm dự toán; bộ Office, tin học văn phòng.

- Công tác kế hoạch - tổng hợp tốt.

- Nghiệp vụ thủ thư: biết tổ chức, sắp xếp, lưu trữ hồ sơ khoa học.

- Xử lý tình huống tốt, nhanh nhạy.

- Giao tiếp, thuyết trình tốt.

- Kỹ năng đàm phán cơ bản."
